2026 National College Competition in Business Ethics Case Analysis and Microfilms-Important Notes

Important Notes

1. Personal Data Consent

Each team is required to submit a Personal Data Consent Form. The Team Leader shall obtain the consent of all team members and confirm that each member has read and agreed to the Personal Data Consent Form for the 2026 National Collegiate Business Ethics Case Analysis and Microfilm Competition. By signing the form, participants consent to the organizer's collection, processing, and use of their personal data solely for purposes related to the administration of the competition.

2. AI Usage Policy
When submitting their entries, all participating teams must complete and submit the AI Usage Compliance Checklist and comply with the following ethical requirements:​(1) Business Ethics Microfilm Competition
The business story presented in the microfilm must be based on a real business case. AI tools may be used only to refine or edit the narrative and script. AI-generated scripts are not permitted.
(2) Business Ethics Case Analysis Competition
For all submitted materials, including the abstract, analysis, and discussion, participants must disclose any use of AI tools.
Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in disqualification. If a violation is discovered after awards have been announced, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the team's ranking, prize, and certificate.

3. Copyright Authorization
Teams advancing to the Final Round are required to sign the Copyright Authorization and Media Release Form, authorizing the organizer to use competition-related materials for promotional purposes. Finalists shall also upload the electronic files of their entries to the designated cloud storage platform.

 

4. Intellectual Property and Media Authorization
To maximize the educational and social impact of the competition, participants agree to grant the organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for non-commercial use of all submitted materials across various media and communication platforms.
Such use includes, but is not limited to, public presentation, exhibition, broadcasting, photography, reproduction, adaptation, editing, printing, distribution, publication, website development, digital transmission, advertising, and promotional activities. The organizer may also authorize third parties to use the submitted works for the same non-commercial purposes.
Participants acknowledge and agree that the organizer retains the flexibility to use the submitted works in accordance with the above authorization.
